I am a genuine therapist who brings a caring, straightforward, and supportive approach to counseling. With over 14 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with adults, adolescents, and couples from all walks of life, including the LGBTQ+ community and individuals healing from religious trauma. I help with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, and life transitions. I am also a certified Brainspotting practitioner.
Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a foundation, and with specialized training in Brainspotting, I take a trauma-informed approach that focuses on healing and personal growth. My practice is person-centered, meeting each client with empathy and focusing on their unique strengths.
I hold master’s degrees in counseling and business, and I’m a certified mediator in Arkansas. As a combat veteran, I bring a unique perspective and deep empathy to my work.
