My goal is to meet each client where they are, and work along side them to help them achieve the goals they have come to counseling hoping to achieve. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families, drawing from a variety of research-based treatment modalities based on the needs of the particular client.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families to help them get through difficult times; assisting each person in recognizing, managing, and expressing their thoughts and feelings. I have experience working with persons struggling with depression, anxiety, self-harm and suicidality, behavioral issues, trauma, parent conflict and relationship issues.
My office is located just off Highway 17 in Scotts Valley. I offer in-person and secure video sessions. I have personal life experience as a parent, step-parent, coach, and corporate employee and manager. I look forward to working with you or your loved ones toward meeting the goals you have.
