I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families to help them get through difficult times; assisting each person in recognizing, managing, and expressing their thoughts and feelings. I have experience working with persons struggling with depression, anxiety, self-harm and suicidality, behavioral issues, trauma, parent conflict and relationship issues.
My Santa Cruz County office is located just off Highway 17 in Scotts Valley. My Merced County office is located in downtown Los Banos. I offer in-person and secure video sessions. I have personal life experience as a parent, step-parent, coach, and corporate employee and manager.
