Whether you are navigating grief, trauma, or a major life transition, you don’t have to do it alone. I work with adults who are ready for meaningful, deeper work. Many of my clients are facing significant life shifts—loss, identity changes, relationship challenges, or the weight of experiences that are hard to carry on their own. Together, we create a space where you can process what you’ve been through, make sense of your experience, and begin to move forward in a way that feels grounded and authentic to you.
My approach is warm, direct, and grounded. I integrate trauma-informed care, evidence-based practices, and a strong focus on understanding the whole person—not just symptoms. I value creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and honest. While your story is your own, you will be met with genuine understanding and respect for your process.
I also bring personal understanding to the work I do. I have experienced profound loss in my own life, including the death of my husband in the line of duty. This experience has deepened my perspective and allows me to sit with grief and trauma in a way that is both compassionate and real. I would be honored to support you on this journey.
