I’m Dawn-Marie, a licensed mental health counselor. I work with neurodivergent adults and people with complex trauma—especially those who grew up without a diagnosis or support. A lot of my clients have been stuck in survival mode for years, and my work is about deprogramming that. We focus on moving from just surviving to actually thriving—whatever that looks like for them.
I help clients get to the root of their struggles, creating a safe space to heal and rebuild from within. My approach is compassionate, holistic, and individualized. We will explore strategies, develop an understanding of your mind-body connection, and create personalized tools to help you manage anxiety, prevent burnout, and heal from past trauma.
