Using an Adlerian approach, I want to encourage and empower clients to use their own strengths to attain their goals. I also specialize in sand-tray therapy-which is an effective intervention that helps clients better articulate their past trauma, feelings and emotions, and has been powerful in the healing of depression, grief, addiction, and anxiety in teens and adults. Our counseling center offers an Intensive Outpatient Program for substance abuse, to include individual and group counseling. Finally, I encourage the client to lead their own sessions to heal.

I can help you to identify and process negative emotions and feelings, that often lead to unhealthy choices and behaviors. Together, we can collaborate a treatment plan that can help you thrive and live a more purposeful and meaningful life. The power of Sandtray therapy can be an impactful tool towards your healing.

I use the Adlerian intervention of early recollection to explore lifestyle assessments, family traditions, beliefs, and values, to better understand who the client is. To add, the client will have the options to explore sandtray therapy to help articulate their emotions, feelings, traumas, and choices. The client will learn mindfulness skills such as grounding techniques to help self regulate.
