It is tough to be a kid, teen, or family in today's complicated world. Between social pressures, academic stress, and emotional struggles, many are stretched thin. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, former teacher, and mom of five, I understand these challenges on both a professional and personal level. My approach focuses on building strong relationships with children and teens and collaborating with their families. I believe this partnership is the key to helping clients ages 5 to 17 grow and thrive. I provide a supportive space for healing and equip parents with practical tools to reinforce progress at home and in school.
I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach to meet each child where they are. By building authentic relationships, I create a safe space for healing and growth. My education background also allows me to offer strategies for school issues, helping every child build confidence and resilience.
With over a decade in education and mental health, I understand the challenges families face. I help kids with anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, and more. Your insight as a parent is vital.
