About
Hello. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with special interests in teen issues, women issues, the family and the couple. I have been in practice for 25+ years. Certain stages of life can get tough which leads to stress, anxiety &/or depression. Are you feeling the effects of others around you or how, what is going on, is affecting your day to day life?
This all can be overwhelming. I work with helping you manage that. I believe that by exploring values, improving communication, building healthy coping skills and striving for better self-esteem, your self worth will improve. Therefore, it feels easier to move through your life’s obstacles. I work with experiential tools to help you connect with your self.
Talking to someone who is unbiased can be so helpful. Learning how to manage the day to day struggles will work. I will listen..
