People go through life with their own struggles, trials, and perceptions; but they don’t have to do it alone. As a clinician, I provide a safe place for my clients to share their story, provide empathetic support, and encourage change through personal empowerment and shifted perspective. I use a combination of therapeutic interventions to best serve each individual.
Some of the interventions I utilize are: Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, Dialectal Behavioral, Family Therapy, Play Therapy, and Psycho-Education
