I help people understand and release the past and move forward, using EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which has been found to help people with PTSD, anxiety, low self-esteem, and depression.
My approach is to meet you where you are at without judgment, and walk with you as you learn about and face the root issues that are causing the cycle’s you are living in. EMDR and CBT are the proven tools I use to help people understand the cycles they are living in, and learn new ways to think and respond to break those cycles.
It takes courage to be the person who changes the story, the person who recovers - I honor that. I believe people can change and generational cycles can be broken.
