When anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or school stress become overwhelming, healing and growth can begin in a safe, supportive space. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 32+ years of experience, I help children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, parenting challenges, and life transitions. I specialize in crisis intervention and digital wellness. With 26 years of coaching experience, I also support student-athletes and their families. My counseling style is collaborative and compassionate, offering clients the choice between a secular and a faith-based appraoch.
Helping kids, teens, adults, and families deal with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family conflict, school stress, and life transitions is my area of expertise. I offer clients individualized treatment, emotional support, and useful tools to help them develop resilience and make long-lasting progress using evidence-based, compassionate care.
