I specialize in Intimate Partner Violence/Coercive Control cases, child physical/sexual abuse, trauma, testimony, and assessments. I have lived and survived some of your experiences and understand your fear and your needs to protect you and your children from your perpetrator. Your case needs early intervention with knowledge, real-life statistics from the most current research, and various issues in family courts. My testimony informs courts on Intimate Partner Violence/Coercive Control and ACEs for children and victims. My background also involves evaluations of criminal offenders, which adds experience often needed in courts.
Clergy Abuse is also a national problem and parallels the trauma of IPV/CC survivors. You may feel very alone, confused, and abandoned by trusted religious leaders and your community. I am prepared to provide treatment for your unique IPV/CC and spiritual abuse and to help you navigate your path.
Whether you need an expert witness, treatment, or an evaluation, know that I am driven by a strong motivation to provide support. My personal and professional experiences with IPV/CC, physical/sexual trauma, religious abuse, assessment, and courts have shaped this commitment. I am very invested in meeting my clients' needs with intervention and planning.

Research supports that Courts do not have the information needed on perpetration of abuse or its effects on victims for custody decisions in IPV/CC cases. I provide testimony and education on adult and child IPV/CC, assessment, and trauma therapy. I want to be a part of change in these cases.

IPV/CC, physical/sexual/psychological trauma for adults and children, has measurable negative effects on mental and physical health. As numbers of perpetrators of IPV/CC and Clergy Abuse rise in our awareness, we can shift the spotlight from victim to perpetrator. I offer early intervention and individual support with treatment and educating courts, and I believe we can change your outcomes!

In therapy, we will focus on your individual needs, your experiences and thoughts, and we will determine together what you may need over time. We will look at personality characteristics or behaviors that brought you to therapy and ways to change or manage your situation.
