I am a Nationally Certified Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in the treatment of adults/teens seeking mental health therapy. I have worked with a myriad of different mental health conditions including, but not limited to, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, OCD, Eating Disorders, Addictions, etc.Voted Top Psychotherapist in the area by The Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare, I go above and beyond for each of my patients. I give 150% to teach patients healthy productive coping skills to cope with difficult current life circumstances, long standing deep rooted personal issues and traumatic events. Along with treating patients who struggle from a wide range of mental health diagnoses, I also specialize in treating those who live with Chronic Pain. I have intensively researched the effects of Chronic Pain as well as the multi-disciplinary treatment plan that is essential to patient quality of life and learning to cope with Chronic Pain Conditions.
I select particular techniques from different therapeutic models, depending on what I feel is best for the patient's needs, and I combine them. Three models I use consistently are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy.
