I work with adult individuals of all backgrounds, bodies, and beliefs. I provide clients with a safe, therapeutic space where they can speak their truths, process past and present events, build insight and self-awareness, and develop skills to become aligned with a more contented, empowered self. My perspective is strengths-based, LGBTQIA-affirmative, and integrative.
I recognize that our mental health reflects our unique circumstances, and resides within the context of sociocultural influences. I understand that race, class, gender, ability-status, and sexuality are deeply embedded in our story-lines.
I provide sex therapy for desire discrepancy, low desire, sexual anxiety, as well as navigating sexual identity, coming out, and transitioning. I offer support for mood disorders, adjustment to life changes, and trauma recovery. I am an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. I am also a Certified Professional Counseling Supervisor for pre-licenced counselors.

Groups
Queer Women's Support Group--Spring/Summer 2018
Process-oriented group for women (self ID as a woman or self ID on a spectrum of gender that includes femaleness) who identify under the queer umbrella (bisexual, lesbian, asexual, pansexual, demisexual, queer, questioning their sexuality, etc). While the topics of gender and sexuality are inherently part of group dialogue, they are not the sole reason for our gathering--we discuss all things pertinent to our individual and collective lives. First and last 3 meetings are mandatory to enhance group cohesion, trust, and opportunities for growth.
