I support people in developing deeper emotional awareness, learning and finding their way through life’s transitions. I take an integrative approach, thoughtfully blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP).
