Were you raised by an emotionally immature, critical, or narcissistic parent or caregiver? Are you overwhelmed, anxious, or second-guessing yourself? If so, you may find yourself overthinking and doubting yourself, people pleasing, struggling to set boundaries without guilt, or stuck in unhealthy patterns that don’t match who you want to be. I work with 18yo+ women and moms who are ready for deeper healing and real internal change. I will help you build self-trust. feel calmer & more centered, release guilt and perfectionism, create clear, confident boundaries, connect with and trust your intuition, and live authentically.

My approach is collaborative and blends somatic therapy, inner child work, IFS, intuition, and spiritual practices like guided meditation, energy work, oracle cards, etc...while honoring and incorporating your own spiritual beliefs. This allows us to work more deeply to support healing and shift patterns physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically.

You may be self-aware, highly sensitive, and doing all the “right” things, yet still feel overwhelmed or "out of control." If you want to release self-criticism and perfectionism, & connect with your intuition and truest self, I offer a supportive space for deep, integrative work that helps you shift patterns and feel lighter, grounded, and more empowered.
