Our past impacts our present, and in turn, our future—but it doesn’t have to be that way. Even those who have not experienced trauma are impacted by early childhood experiences, which may show up in your relationships (avoidant, clingy), in the way you experience life (glass half full vs. half empty), in the way you parent if you’re a parent (getting triggered by your children and reacting negatively), etc…As healing progresses, we gain the awareness and begin to choose for ourselves. We get to choose a new perspective of life, new behaviors, new relationship patterns, and new ways of communicating, parenting and being in the world.

Healing doesn't have to be scary, dark, and distressing. I gently guide you through healing trauma, childhood wounds, and unconscious patterns, so you can transmute pain into power and live authentically, confidently, peacefully, and in alignment. We will work collaboratively, consensually, and at your own pace. We are in this together.

My experience encompasses working with clients across cultures, identities, & backgrounds with a multitude of issues. I approach my work from an anti-oppressive, equitable, social justice, anti-racism, ND, and LGBTQIA+ affirming, feminist, anti-diet, & body and fat liberation perspective.
