"Where did my daughter go?" She's anxious, unhappy, stressed out &/or traumatized. Sometimes you have to walk on eggshells around. Her self-esteem has dropped & she struggles to feel like she belongs. She’s overwhelmed with schoolwork and high expectations. The two of you are struggling more than ever. You want to help her but she feels distant and shuts you out. She spends a lot of time in her room, out of the house or on her phone. This only makes things worse. You’re incredibly worried and you're wondering what you could be doing differently or how you can help her. You're at a loss. You're both ready for help. You're not alone.

You just want your daughter to feel "normal" again. You want her to be confident, calm, happy, thriving, and no longer anxious or traumatized. You're ready to stop worrying about her mental & emotional health and well-being. You want to feel connected & closer than ever before. You're ready for your home to feel peaceful. It's possible & I can help.

As a mom, I understand your struggle. As a former traumatized & anxious teen, I understand hers. As I help girls deeply heal, I teach self-empowerment tools. Moms w/ daughters & teens appreciate my open, honest, & body-based approach to therapy. Your Sacred Body Program: Teenage or Preteen Girls

Your Sacred Body is a 12-week psychoeducational program that arms middle and high school girls with the knowledge & confidence they need to trust themselves in making healthy decisions about their bodies & relationships, while learning to take charge of their sexual health & their lives. Through the Your Sacred Body program, girls embrace who they are as they begin to love and understand their bodies, respect themselves, and care less about the judgments of others. They learn how to build healthy relationships, set clear boundaries, and most importantly-stay true to themselves-even when under pressured.
