I specialize in working with adults experiencing relationship conflict, trauma, and grief and loss. Using a trauma-informed approach grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I help clients understand emotional patterns, navigate difficult relationships, and develop practical tools for healing and growth.
