My passion is supporting parents! If you are exhausted from your child's tantrums & embarrassed by their public meltdowns, I understand because I've been there myself. If your child refuses to follow directions, screams, kicks, hits, or throws things, I can help with Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). This treatment is backed by 100's of studies, 30 years of research, and I can tell you how these techniques worked wonders for my own family. We can work together to transform your child's behaviors & bring peace and joy back to your everyday interactions with your child again. Foster/adoptive families are especially welcome!

Developed through UC Davis Children's Hospital, PCIT can radically transform disruptive behaviors in children ages 1-10 with behaviors from oppositional defiance, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, grief & loss, adjustment to divorce, mild autism, or mild intellectual disability. It can even help with children who just have strong willed personalities.

I also provide Parent Support Workshops (see below) that are fun, interactive, and taught in an atmosphere of mutual support of other parents who understand the ups and downs of parenting strong willed children. All family constellations are welcome.
