I am especially passionate about supporting young adults and adults who are working through the effects of trauma, navigating depression and anxiety, or seeking to build healthier relationship boundaries. I also enjoy helping clients explore questions of personal identity and purpose, guiding them as they cultivate self-acceptance and resilience. I am LGTBQ affirming.
Before entering the mental health field, I spent over 20 years in the corporate sector, where I developed a strong foundation in leadership, and communication. That experience taught me the value of collaboration, empathy, and clear direction—skills that inform my approach to counseling.
