I have over 15 years of experience in the mental health field working with children, adults, and families in a variety of settings. I have a passion for connecting with others and I believe in the positive impact a trusting therapeutic relationship can have on my clients’ progress. I seek to help explore the obstacles blocking my clients from living a life they love. Whether they need support with managing moods, changing behavior, or improving relationships, I will create a plan using evidenced-based strategies and incorporate mind-body connection practices to heal the whole person.
I am also an Adjunct Faculty at the University of San Francisco, Sacramento Campus, in the MFT Counseling Psychology Graduate Program. I continuously strive to learn and grow as an individual and use what I know to help others. My jam is to share and care.
