As an experienced clinician with close to 30 years providing counseling services to individuals, families, groups and communities, I am dedicated to the therapeutic process and personal journeys of exploration, I believe myself to be a ‘gentle” motivator and natural teacher, intuitive and realistic in my approach assisting others to draw upon personal strengths and abilities. I utilize several theoretical approaches to therapy.
I work with adults of all ages with diverse needs for trauma, grief, loss, depression, anxiety, intimate, personal, interpersonal and work relationships, relapsed counselors, connection, a sense of belonging, cultural and spiritual needs, identity and life transitions. I strive to shed light on understanding personal mental health, diagnoses and wellness.
I believe in people and in the living, breathing scenic route we all experience to get to where we are and to where we are going. I have personal, familial, and social experience in a wide range of life events.
