I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 11 years of experience helping children, teens, and families navigate anxiety, behavior challenges, and emotional overwhelm. I’ve worked in schools, child welfare, and mental health settings, so I understand how these struggles show up in everyday life.
I specialize in working with kids and teens who are dealing with anxiety, emotional outbursts, ADHD-related challenges, peer issues, and school stress. I also support parents in understanding and responding to their child’s needs in a way that builds connection and confidence.
My approach is warm, practical, and supportive. I use CBT-informed strategies, solution-focused techniques, and motivational interviewing to help clients develop coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and feel more in control.
I offer telehealth sessions with flexible after-school and evening availability.
