Welcome! I work with adolescents, adults, couples and families to help strengthen relationships, identify attachment challenges, heal from trauma, and address symptoms of depression and anxiety. I specialize in adoption related challenges and attachment disorders. I am LGBTQIA competent ally interested in supporting you and/or your family.
Adoptees and adoptive families have unique needs and challenges often unrecognized by others. With lived experience as an adoptive parent and training from some of the nations experts, I am compassionate about supporting you and your family.
I offer a safe space to gain specific tools and strategies to manage symptoms such as anxiety, PTSD, grief, depression, impulsivity, addiction and ADHD. You may also learn to challenge core beliefs, shed shame stories, love all the parts of who you are, change relationship patterns, heal from trauma and losses, and free yourself from addiction.

Adoptive Parents Support Group
Parenting an adopted child comes with a full range of feelings: excitement, love, joy, anxiety, and grief, etc. This group brings people together to share experiences, process the more difficult aspects of the journey in a safe space, and learn how to parent differently in order to meet the unique needs of your child. This group is for parents of school aged children and requires a minimum of 8 week commitment beginning April 2024
