Life can feel overwhelming when you're struggling with anxiety, depression, chronic health concerns, caregiving responsibilities, or major life transitions. You don't have to face those challenges alone. My goal is to provide a comapssionate, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life. I speceialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic health issues, caregiver stress, grief, end of life concerns and the low self-confidence that often accompanies these life altering experiences.
I understand that emotional struggles can intersect with ours or our loved ones physical health resulting in changing roles and loss. Together, we'll explore your experiences, identify your strengths, and develop practical stategies that align with your values and goals.
My approach is collaborative, warm, and individualized. I draw from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Somatic/Body Therapies, and Strengths-based approaches. I believe healing begins with feeling understood. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward hope and healing.
