With 25 years of experience, I do individual and group psychotherapy the young adult population and see middle-aged adults in individual and couples therapy. Ages 13 and up come here with issues around loss; relational difficulties; regulating moods; self-injury; sadness and depression; bipolar disorder; the coming out process; and understanding a history of childhood sexual, physical and emotional abuse. Adults often come in with marital issues such as infidelity and help and support going through the divorce process and for advice around dealing with their teenagers.

Specialties: 1. Bereavement and loss: young adults/parents who are experiencing transitions like divorce or illness or death of a relative. 2. Parenting & family issues (parents of autism spectrum children) 3. Depression, anxiety; eating disorders; history of psychological trauma; self-injury;mood regulation. 4. Gender/ LGBT 5. Peak performance/athletes

My approach is relaxed, authentic and validating: what you feel, experience and do serves some purpose within you. Let's recognize all of your feelings and qualities and not label you in a pejorative way. I have a solid background, am well trained and value you as my collaborator here.
