Hi there, I'm Dawn! I have been a Licensed Clinical Social worker for over 25 years and have been working as a Behavioral Health Clinician providing individual, couples, and family therapy since then. I focus in areas such as anxiety, coping skills, depression, stress, life transitions, and self esteem, amongst others. I have extensive knowledge and experience in providing trauma focused therapeutic work, and work towards my client's treatment goals while building on my client's strengths and abilities.
I specialize in CBT/DBT modalities along with mindfulness based and solution focused therapy just to name a few. I strive to provide compassion focused, client centered and compassion-based therapy.
