I have been a Licensed Clinical Social worker for over 25 years and have been a Behavioral Health Clinician providing individual, couples, and family therapy since then. I focus on areas such as anxiety, coping skills, depression, stress, life transitions, and self-esteem, amongst others. I have extensive knowledge and experience in providing trauma-focused therapeutic work and working towards my client's treatment goals while building on my client's strengths and abilities.
I specialize in CBT/DBT modalities along with mindfulness-based and solution-focused therapy just to name a few. I strive to provide compassion-focused, client-centered and compassion-based treatment.
