About
Are you feeling overwhelmed from stress? Do you want to attain more in life, but feel stuck? Do you want autonomy and a sense of control? Do you want the freedom to be happy and at peace? Yes? I enjoy supporting "fixers/rescuers/saviors," high-achievers and empaths; those who tend to focus on the wellness of others more than themselves. I find this can be linked to low self-esteem, insecurity or trauma, and lead to unbalanced moods, depression, anxiety, anger, interpersonal issues, poor boundaries, people-pleasing or burn-out. I would like to help you to take better care of you.
The treatment approaches I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, exploring the connection between beliefs, thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, learning to accept reality and manage through tough times. Solution Focused Therapy, shifting focus from the problem to the solution, creating achievable steps towards the solution.
We cannot pour from an empty cup. You are worthy of listening to and addressing your own needs FIRST. My vision is to help you maintain emotional balance through internal healing, self-care and rest.
