With over 25 years of experience, I am a licensed professional counselor specializing in the treatment of disordered eating, anxiety, perfectionism and the unique challenges faced by those in demanding professions or social environments, as well as those in life-stage transitions. I work with adults across the lifespan as they navigate personal and professional stressors as well as those feeling the pressure to perform at the highest levels.

My approach is collaborative, respectful and thoughtful, specifically tailored to each client’s goals. In addition to addressing perfectionism, anxiety and eating disorders, I support clients through life stage transitions, parenting challenges, and the complexities of relationships with partners, family members, and adult friends.
