With over 24 years of clinical experience, I am a true believer in the practice of mindfulness and the ability to change through determination, accountability and a willingness to try new methodologies towards an improved state of mind. I received a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in psychology from Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, New Hampshire and graduated with a Master of Social Work degree from San Diego State University. I have had my LCSW with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners since 2005 and also serves on the Clinical Supervisory Board.

I practice cognitive-behavioral and Gestalt therapy with my clients along with other modalities contingent upon the need. I look forward to working with you in a collaborative approach toward positive change. When not in clinical practice, I enjoy hiking, running, the practice of mindfulness and travel.
