Therapy can help when anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, or relationship concerns begin to feel overwhelming or all consuming. Many people seek therapy during life transitions, periods of emotional distress, or when the effects of past experiences begin to interfere with daily life, work, or relationships.
I provide individual therapy for adults in north Mississippi, offering a supportive and thoughtful space to better understand patterns that contribute to emotional distress and to develop practical strategies that support meaningful, lasting change. Telehealth sessions are also available.
As a generalist therapist, I work with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, and life transitions. Therapy is collaborative and paced to support insight, emotional regulation, and skills that can be applied outside of sessions.
I welcome clients who are new to therapy as well as those who have had previous experiences that were not helpful. I accept insurance and strive to make therapy accessible and straightforward.
