I specialize in anxiety, grief, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), developmental trauma, emotional, psychological, physical, or sexual abuse, life transitions and relationship issues. I am a trauma-informed therapist and encourage healing through a neuro-experiential approach.
I practice personalized combinations of person-centered therapy, Brainspotting, with parts work and mindfulness interventions with a holistic view.
