This 8-week therapy group is for teens ages 13–17 who struggle with worry, stress, avoidance, social anxiety, school-related anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed. Group members will learn practical coping skills, identify anxiety loops, challenge anxious thoughts, practice calming strategies, and build confidence in a supportive setting. The group is structured, skills-based, and appropriate for teens with mild to moderate anxiety. A brief screening is required before joining.
