I utilize a variety of techniques, including Rogerian psychotherapy/person-centered therapy, behavior modification, brief solution-focused therapy, as well as many others. We will focus on resolving issues which keep you stuck, frustrated, and unhappy.
In addition to the more traditional therapy approaches, I am trained in the newest cutting-edge therapy technique, EMDR. This process-focused therapy has been shown to help clients work through some of life's most difficult challenges in significantly less time than other commonly-used techniques.
