I focus on working with individual adults to help them overcome their mental health issues and live happier and more productive lives.
My specialties include mood, stress and trauma disorders (i.e. depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD); personality disorders and existential issues. I have experience working in a mental health agency alongside skilled psychiatrists and am comfortable with clients who are taking or exploring taking psychotropic medications as well.
