I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years striving to help individuals create the life they want. I offer evidence-based treatment in a compassionate, judgment free space. I strive to create an environment of comfort and acceptance in the face of real life challenges.
In therapy, I use a combination of of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). CBT and DBT have been found to be effective in treating a wide range of obstacles such as anxiety, depression, impulsivity problems, and trauma. I specialize in working with individuals with histories of abuse.
I have extensive experience working with youth and adults in a wide range of settings, including inpatient, community, and within the corrections system. I look forward to hearing from you and welcome you to create the life you want to live.
