As a retired police officer with 12 years of service, I bring real-world experience and clinical training into sessions. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York offering clinical therapy with a Christian faith-based foundation. I believe faith and clinical therapy can coexist. This is not a space where faith is forced and you’re told your faith is the problem. We do real clinical work. If you choose to talk about God, this is a safe place to do so. I work with individuals and couples across Williamsville, Buffalo, Amherst, Clarence, Lancaster, and Cheektowaga, dealing with OCD, trauma, anxiety, and relationship stress.
I provide licensed, evidence-based therapy including EMDR, OCD treatment, trauma therapy, anxiety and panic disorders, depression, life transitions, stress management, couples counseling, and recovery from emotional abuse and narcissistic relationships. Christian faith integration is available if desired, but never forced.
You will receive licensed, ethical, and clinically grounded care in a space that is safe and respectful. Whether you want strictly clinical therapy or the option to explore faith, this is a place for honest work and real change. If you’re ready, I’m here.
