The ideal client is anyone who is willing to come to therapy. With a strengths-based, trauma-focused, and client-centered approach, I can work with nearly any individual, couple, family, or group. I am now licensed in the great state of Texas and can offer Telehealth for Texas residents or in-person intensives for individuals or couples in Texas. I can also offer intensive for individuals in Missouri.
My specialties are working with mood disorders, addictions, personality disorders, children, and families. I also specialize in couples counseling. I am Level 1, 2, and 3 Gottman Method Couple's Therapy trained, the gold standard for couples counseling. I also offer intensive therapy (Gottman’s Marathon Model) for couples which can be several days long.
With a nonjudgmental stance and an open heart and mind, I welcome any client. Additionally, I can provide animal-assisted therapy with Indy, my therapy-trained FB1 Goldendoodle (See "Gallery" for a picture of what Indy looks like).
