As a licensed therapist, I bring a compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered approach to my work. With a strong background in serving diverse populations, I have experience supporting individuals navigating complex life challenges including homelessness, mental health and substance use (dual diagnosis), and the unique stressors faced by college students.
My clinical work has been shaped by years of direct service in community-based settings, shelters, and college counseling centers. Throughout all of these unique populations I have found that people can build resilience, heal, and work towards their goals.

I use an eclectic approach when working with clients to help address the complexities that life contains. While I tend to utilize an approach that focuses on CBT and DBT, my clinical scope is flexible.
