I help others explore and resolve personal issues that get in the way of their happiness and well-being. I invite client's to experience a counseling process that releases distress and promotes a renewed sense of well-being arising from an authentic sense of health, hope, and happiness that makes life worth living.
Mine is low volume counseling practice that allows me to treat my clients as people not caseloads. To promote a more personable and confidential service, I practice out of my home residence. For those who aren't comfortable with "the whole world" knowing you're in counseling, my office has none of the identifying signage most counseling agencies employ.
My therapeutic approach is complimented by over 25 years of experience as an RN with a psychiatric/behavioral health and wellness focus . Over the course of my +30 year career I've worked in direct partnership with medical professionals to develop a holistic counseling approach to help others achieve well-being of the whole person mind, body, and spirit.
