About
People who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship stress, substance abuse, Asperger's syndrome, trauma, bipolar conditions - as well as those who are simply having a hard time making adjustments to new conditions in life are ideal for counseling services. A need for a trained ear and improved accountability are often the main keys to effective counseling dynamics. Collaboration is more important than telling others what to do.
I have thirty years of experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment, and have worked in hospital, residential, in-home, traditional office, supervisory and intensive outpatient service settings. I am a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and I am in recovery.
When you feel all alone, even in those rare times when you’re surrounded by people. We get paralyzed by uncertainty; struggling to bridge the gap between the vague idea that something needs to be done, and a real need for getting well. It's hard when you're all by yourself. So don’t be. Call me. I want to help.
