Also, having worked in substance addiction for a number of years and have experience dealing with addiction in many forms.
Anger, anxiety, depression, and fear are often results of stresses, internal conflicts, unmet expectations, and relational distress. Finding peace and stability when life is a struggle... finding hope when things seem hopeless... finding calm when things seem chaotic are all possible.
Sometimes life is difficult, and it seems there are no answers. We all want wholeness and harmony in our lives, our relationships, and with ourselves.
