I am certified as a sex addictions therapist and also treat substance use disorder. My patients do come from a variety of situations and mental health needs. I believe in treating all people from the perspective of emotional, mental, social, physical ,and spiritual aspects of themselves. I also provide services through the Michigan Gambling hotline.

My goal and desire is that you will be and feel respected when you come to my practice and that you will get good value for the time and resources you invest in yourself. I believe that trauma is at the root of many of life's challenges. I look forward to the chance to help you address life problems from a therapeutic perspective.

I also work with other addictions including gambling and substance use and I am trained to treat the underlying traumas that may have occurred. Men's sex addiction/affair recovery group

Hosted by

Therapy group for men struggling with pornography, sexual acting out, affairs, or other sexual behavior problems. Attendance generally runs from 10 to 15 men. Format includes Carnes 30 tasks model, support, accountability, process therapy, and teaching time. This is a group that comes from a Christian based spiritual perspective although persons from all faiths and beliefs are welcome. We are not a twelve step group but do reference the twelve steps at times and we recognize the value that 12 step meetings have in the process of recovery. To join, call, email, or come on by (use EAST door).

Support group for partners who are with someone who is addressing sexual addiction or problematic pornography use. Format is set up in 8 week segments with the opportunity to attend multiple segments. Group is supervised by this therapist but is run by a colleague here at Centennial Park Counseling. If inquiring about partners group you will be referred to this colleague for follow up and specific group information.
