My work draws primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based practice. I'm less interested in reducing symptoms to zero than in helping you build a workable relationship with the parts of life that don't go away — discomfort, uncertainty, conflict — so they stop running the show.
Therapy with me is collaborative, not directive. I won't hand you a script for your life, but I'll bring structure, honesty, and a steady presence while you find your own direction.
