Women's Trauma Focused Group Therapy
This group is designed to help those searching for transformation and healing from trauma related issues. The group process and therapist facilitation is designed to enable more advanced healing of pervasive issues individuals experience in their trauma recovery. Group members actively participate in weekly group meetings where participants work on traumas that have contributed to maladaptive behavioral patterns as well as caused difficulties adapting to life in recovery. The facilitator uses a wide array of interactive and experiential techniques including: Psychodrama, Somatic Identification and Expression, Mindfulness Based Grounding, Guided Imagery, Drama Triangle Interactions, Family Constellations, and Family Systems Therapies.
