I use the power of mindful self-awareness and the wisdom held in your body to help you create the changes you want in yourself and your life. Current neuroscience research supports this approach, showing that more meaningful, lasting change is created when we engage more of the body/mind.

I am gentle, honest, direct and work together with you to develop a strong, trusting collaboration to help you better know yourself and realize your goals. As a wilderness guide and trainer in the field of ecotherapy, I often employ the healing powers of nature in my work as well.
