I can help you feel good again in your life. You may have tried therapy before or talking with friends and family. But the real, tangible changes that you want haven't happened. I can help you create meaningful, lasting change by guiding you through experiential therapy that reformulates you in body, mind, soul and spirit. I specialize in working with: Pre-teens, teens and young adults; Families and Parenting- including acting out behaviors, conflicts with teens, discipline, substance abuse, etc.; Men's issues- including relationships, connecting with or managing emotions, career issues and life transitions

I use the power of mindful self-awareness and the wisdom held in your body to help you create the changes you want in yourself and your life. Current neuroscience research supports this approach, showing that more meaningful, lasting change is created when we engage more of the body/mind.

I am gentle, honest, direct and work together with you to develop a strong, trusting collaboration to help you better know yourself and realize your goals. As a wilderness guide and trainer in the field of ecotherapy, I often employ the healing powers of nature in my work as well.

Youth Quest

This wilderness rite of passage journey is for teens 15-19 and occurs August 6-14, 2011. This adventure into the desert mountains involves both alone and group time in the wilderness. It's a time for reflection, inward journeying, creativity and relating to nature. By encountering yourself and your own unique gifts and struggles, you will also discover your own 'medicine' or wisdom for dealing with your unique challenges. Parents are encouraged to participate in pre- and post-trip activities to support this rite of passage for their son or daughter. See details at www.WildernessReflections.com
