About
I work with interracial and intercultural couples to help partners understand themselves on a deeper level. By using mindfulness-based experiential couples therapy, I help couples understand how they get into conflict, their triggers behind the conflict, and how to have healthier and more intimate conversations.
I am a Filipino-American Somatic Psychotherapist, Certified Hakomi Therapist, and Certified Brainspotting Therapist. I use mindfulness to help clients understand their current experience and how it impacts their current struggles and conflicts. I also am trained in Hakomi experiential couples counseling and Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples.
I take a compassionate and holistic view towards healing that is informed by Buddhist psychology, social justice, and a belief in our inherent preciousness and inner capacity for healing and wholeness. If you feel drawn to my perspective and experience, I would be happy to schedule a brief consultation call to see how I can help.
