I am a Deaf social worker who works with Deaf, DeafBlind, hard of hearing, late-deafened, and ASL-receptive hearing individuals navigating life's challenges, as well as those seeking a space to better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, or create meaningful change. Some clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by grief, ADHD, substance use, chronic health conditions, relationship concerns, stress, or major life transitions. Together, we'll identify your strengths, gain insight into patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical strategies that align with your goals and values.
I provide therapy in American Sign Language (ASL) using evidence-based approaches, including solution-focused therapy, DBT-informed skills, and mindfulness. Together, we'll create a collaborative, supportive space to deepen self-understanding, build on your strengths, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
