We help clients break free from cycles of addiction, gambling, trauma, and relational distress through evidence-based care. Using DBT, we teach emotional regulation, mindfulness, and healthier coping skills. CBT helps clients identify and replace negative thought patterns that fuel anxiety, guilt, or relapse. With ART we help process and reframe trauma.
