I also bring in tools from a variety of therapies, including DBT and ACT, to help you build the life you want. Most of my clients see their symptoms lessen within a few sessions.

I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders, and I have been trained to help clients overcome a wide variety of mental health issues. If you're struggling to feel like your old self, or if you just want to improve your current self, I would be happy to help.

I primarily work with clients experiencing disruptions in their lives due to anxiety, depression, trauma, and bipolar disorder. During our initial sessions, I will hear your story, we will discuss your symptoms, and develop a treatment plan to address them. Most of my clients see a gradual receding of their symptoms within the first month followed by sustained improvement thereafter.
